Each job is different and has its own challenges but with my imagination and experience I transform homes. I am also a trained decorator and provide a high standard of finish. Neal did a fantastic job! Not only did he paint my walls, ceiling, and skirting boards perfectly, but also gave me some tips on how to furnish the room and advice on lighting. He also quoted me for other work on the house that I wanted doing and the prices were brilliant. He's not just a decorator, but also an interior designer with an eye for detail, style and fashion. Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.
Someone came straight away to give an estimate and then came the following day to do the job. Came on time and worked solidly until job was completed. My bathroom hasn't been as clean since the day it was fitted. They offered an extra to the job as booked which was something I was happy to pay a little extra for but there was no pressure. I will use this firm again.

Unprofessional behaviour ! Have been working with me for a year now and suddenly without any communication just left . I have some additional needs child and needs regular cleaning ! Never expected this kind of behaviour . If there is something that needs attention the first thing needs is communication.
I won't be using scs again. The standard was average. Dust still on blinds, on top of mirrors etc. Agreed for two cleaners for eight hours, but they finished after six to go to another job. Also I was only told five minutes before cleaners arrived that they wanted paying in hand. Due to the late notice. I didn't have cash or cheque to hand. I paid by bacs immediately after, taking three days to clear, but was still rung by the owner who yelled at me that I hadn't paid.
