Sam…responded quickly and came to the property and quoted same day. He was able to install / complete the internal work before Xmas. Once the terrible January weather had improved he returned and did an excellent job sorting and installing all the outside lights and the garage. Really great job would definitely recommend . Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !

John is a really nice guy, I'd love to rate his actual work but after chasing for quotes for a few weeks I should have realised. I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.

We needed a new arial and decided while action aerials were with us to connect all our rooms so they could be connected to tv's. Job satisfactory and tradesman quick.
