He made good the tiling and even had to adjust a cupboard to fit the bath in. He communicated with me every day and when necessary-always consulting me. He sent me regular photos of the work. Hired to do some external painting, and jet-washing of paved area. The former was well executed, the latter not so well. Arbitrarily changed attendance days/times almost on a daily basis. Fairly clueless when it came to tidying up after the jobs. Still awaiting a final clear-up.
