Rafal was punctual, friendly and incredibly professional. His work is impeccable, we asked him to do additional work which he did and we are delighted with the outcome. He works carefully and pays attention to detail and also cleans up as he goes. I would not hesitate to use him again and recommend him unreservedly.

Couldn’t recommend Ben enough, very reasonable pricing and good finish on the work. Very upfront at the start on costs/completion times etc. Will be using again for other similar work I have.

What can I say? I was slightly sceptical and didn’t expect too much but I was very much mistaken. The service we received from these guys was A1. From entering the details onto the website I was contacted via email and text message within minutes. I was then contacted, within 15 minutes , by Ideal roofing and building to make an appointment for the very next morning. Two very friendly guys arrived as scheduled, did an outstanding job at a very reasonable price. The whole experience was actually a pleasure. Friendly, prompt, professional and reasonably priced. Phil was brilliant, very reliable and did an excellent job, he even cleaned up everything afterwards so you couldn't tell he had been except for the great new door and window he had replaced for me. I will use again( soon!) I would highly recommend Kraftworks to anybody who needs a joiner.
