We had a great experience with OL & Edward. Livia was amazing and very persistent in finding the perfect replacement for our sink. We were trying to replace a broken sink with an identical version. Our sink had a very particular design and had been discontinued in the early 2000s, but Livia did not stop until she found the exact replacement. John, the plumber who did the replacement did an excellent job, and he was fast, clean and very professional. Highly recommend and would use again!

Chimney looks great and improved the problem, which may have been outside the scope of the initial job. The team followed up and did additional inspections and work at no additional cost. Harry and his team turned up when they said they would. Kept me informed as to how the job was progressing. All were very polite and courteous.
