The condensation tank was not checked you said if there was water it would not operate . Not true. No checks for Co above boiler was a miserable service which provided no reassurance wasnt worth £108 be honest you know it wasn’t

I call Phill and sons 3 days ago to fix a leak on my roof. I did have the valley fix by an other roofer but they did not do anything just to take my money. I was a bit suspicious but I was happily surprise when I call Phill who repond to my call very quicly. He is very friendly and most of all very professional. We contacted Mr Bone in April and paid him a 50% deposit (£1000) after he quoted a 5 week lead time. He kept postponing the date until in September we cancelled the job and asked for our money back. Despite receiving £200 he again failed to live up to promises to repay the remainder. We have issued a small claims court order and also a county court judgment against Mr Bone. A very disappointing experience
