I would highly recommend Patrick. We had a problem with rising damp and the job was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. Patrick kept me informed throughout the process so I understood what work was being done and the house was left incredibly clean after both days of work. He was also easy to contact which makes the process much smoother and was friendly and professional. I will be using Patrick again for any future work needed!

Rafal was punctual, friendly and incredibly professional. His work is impeccable, we asked him to do additional work which he did and we are delighted with the outcome. He works carefully and pays attention to detail and also cleans up as he goes. I would not hesitate to use him again and recommend him unreservedly.

Efficient, reliable & experienced. Sorted out problem we had with unsuitable structural plans with our engineer and cleared work with building inspector no hassle for us as the customer whatsoever. did a great job at a good price.

What can I say? I was slightly sceptical and didn’t expect too much but I was very much mistaken. The service we received from these guys was A1. From entering the details onto the website I was contacted via email and text message within minutes. I was then contacted, within 15 minutes , by Ideal roofing and building to make an appointment for the very next morning. Two very friendly guys arrived as scheduled, did an outstanding job at a very reasonable price. The whole experience was actually a pleasure. Friendly, prompt, professional and reasonably priced. Mark and Aaron did a great job. The garden was like a swamp before they started, they had sub zero temperatures, ice, snow and frozen turf to deal with but it was finished to a high standard and on time, they cleared everything up after they had finished and took all the rubbish away. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.
