All my work is completed to high standards and on time . Site left clean . I like to be as helpful and fair as i possibly can , i have worked on all manner of jobs and feel confident to carry out , to a high standard any job i take on . Not a bad job overall. A few negatives: changed shower screen spec without consultation with the client. Did not provide floor protection initially. After first day, did not clear up or remove large amount of dust. During evening of first day, water pipe joint sprung a leak. Turned out a push-on connector was not fitted properly. Client had to turn the water supply off. Some finishing not good. Outside tap left at an inconvenient angle.

Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.

Difficult to comment on value - seemed like a good price but didnt have time for comparisons, so may have been great! Happy with quality now but had to point out two areas that needed filling. To be fair, Rob did come to check on job and that I was happy with the work his "boys" had done, and immediately sorted out areas I had pointed out. Turned up as arranged - I would use them again
