I started Glazing and Locks as a window, door and conservatory repair business around 2011 in response to the amount of glazing companies that had gone out of business leaving their customers with no guarantees. The business has now moved on through demand and today we provide a full repair and home improvement service from changing a window handle right through to a full house refurbishment. We have had the pleasure over the years of working with private home owners, domestic and commercial landlords, housing associations, holiday parks and care homes.

I used the Rated People website for the first time when the recent bad winds damaged our fences. Although I posted the request on a Sunday night - I was amazed when Ash responded an hour later, following up promptly with a call the next morning. Ash completed the work that same week. He stayed in full contact with us throughout, with updates and details whilst the work was under way. The response and communication was amazing, workmanship was top quality, and the costs very fair. I have a good imagination when it comes to designing landscapes or renovating inside of a property.
