Shaun is extremely knowledgeable and came up with a fantastic solution for us. He is professional, great with communication and when our job spec changed, it was not a problem. Ian and Peter were extremely adept at identifying the issues with the wiring of our kitchen, providing a quote with a fast turnaround. On the day of the fix, the two of them were professional, polite and personable, sorting the issue and explaining what the issue was and what steps had been taken to rectify the problem. Can't recommend them enough!

Lewis and his team arrived onsite ready to start work immediately. I was impressed by their professional friendly approach and the level of skill, craftmanship and attention to detail from all of the team members during the rewire. Finally, my wife and I were confident we were in good hands and would highly recommend Lewis and plan to have him back next year to carry out further work. He agreed a fixed price for fixing the toilet that evening which was half of what other plumbers have suggested and it did not matter how long it took fix the toilet. He arrived on time. It was comfortable to have him around the house with young children. There was a problem with the rubber seal as well as the original issue. He still stuck with his original charge agreed on Friday evening and only charged me extra for parts. He's very honest and I would not hesitate to call him again.

Graham arrived exactly when he said he would, with all the necessary materials to lay our bathroom slate floor and ceramic wall tiles. He then fixed a plasterboard problem that was not his to fix, before getting on with his tiling job. He worked 4 days solidly, right through to Sunday, to complete the job to our deadline, without any complaint or extra weekend charge. Our tiles look beautiful and I can't wait to use our new bathroom. I wish our builder was as helpful and reliable!! Thank you Graham.
