Tips for future: Please do not go over dirty silicone with new ones without cleaning or removing the old ones. In future always provide your customers with a written quotation specifying the work. Always make sure to place a rag on the floor to protect surface and its very important to clean up afterwards.

The guys came down within a few hours on the same day which was great. They installed three radiators in time for a new floor to be put down. Even agreed to swap a radiator the next day, which they noticed had been delivered with a dent. Thanks for your help.

Completed the replacement of car park bollard lighting in a residents parking area to a very high standard, paying good attention to detail. Ensured good communication during quote stage providing details of a variety of lights to choose from. Site left tidy every day and cleared away on completion, would definitely use again and indeed have for a smaller job within own flat. All residents were pleased with the standard of finish and the quality of the work, Will and Dan who completed the work were polite and friendly.

Great work and lovely people. One of the sockets had a fault due to the faceplate after the electricians left. They came back the next day and replaced it at no extra charge. They explained what the fault was in depth for my peace of mind. I would use them again!

Exceptional service by Immy. This was my first experience of using someone from RatedPeople and I was slightly nervous until Immy turned up to sort some home networking issues. Very good professionals. The work was done quickly and to a high standard. A bit on the expensive side - I payed £400 for installing 3 wardrobe shelves and 2 rails, fixing a broken drawer and the materials. Needed it urgently, otherwise would have shopped around.
