Mark and his apprentice turned up on time, erected their scaffolding and repaired the lead on the back of the chimney. It took less time than he thought and adjusted the price accordingly. Having his own scaffolding makes a huge difference to both the price and timescale. Definitely recommended.

I was very pleased with the work and the times were kept to the times we agreed. I wanted the television on another wall and not the one agreed and Brian just got on with it. He was very pleasant and would strongly recommend. Very happy with the work and would get in touch again if more work needed.

Hani & Daniel were very efficient, clean and tidy workers. They worked late when there was a problem and gave great after-care advice. I cant recommend them too highly and would definitely use them again Thanks guys

As soon as my job was posted I was contacted by Eddie who came round to my address the same day. He assessed the problem and gave me a very good price for the work. He then completed the job on the next dry day. In total he turned around the work in 4 days. Superb service from start to finish. I will definately ring Eddie for future building jobs at my address. I would recommend him to anyone, 1st rate service.

The electrical test on bathroom installation was eventually conducted and the safety certificate issued on the 16 November 2012. Now still waiitng for the repair of leak from the bathroom into recess light in the hallway below reported issue to C & S Plumbing on the 12 November 2012 but due to my initial complaint about the certificate which they discovered later they have refused to honor their word and warrenty. Now quoted in excess of £400 by another plumber to repair C & S work. Update to be provided

Very happy with the work. Adam replaced my old tv aerial and coaxial cable. He was very neat and tidy which is unusual for a tradesman. I was actually shocked when he started cleaning up after his work. I finally have a good choice of digital tv channels!
