John turned up to complete an electrical standards test of my kitchen within a few hours of me posting the job on Rated People which was great. He even managed to turn off the water for me when he discovered a leak from a toilet upstairs which was great as I wasn't at the property at the time. Cost was a little higher than I was expecting, but he was prompt and did everything he needed to do professionally.

The only one of six P&D`s to turn up after saying they would do the job for us.( P&B Maintenance were the only Rated People tradesmen who answered our advert and we were not disappointed). They gave me a quote which we felt was acceptable and agreed a start date. Elliot and Charlie came on the day agreed and got on with the job in hand. They worked well during the day and finished the painting job for us. well done. ps. They did not need to have a radio blaring away like some, this was appreciated.

Polite personalble and effective service, did thorough electrical check and replaced non code items. Satisfield with everything and will recommend. Cleaned up and left everything in good order

We were really happy with the work Shane carried out for us. He stuck to the quote and time the work would cost and take. He arrived on time (even earlier than the time he said he would be with us which was a bonus)! Shane was very polite and we found him such a lovely person and would not hesitate in contacting him again.

Paul did a fantastic job, after another electrician had completely wrecked the conservatory floor, Paul levelled it, laid an underfloor heating system and screeded it all in 3 days. In future, I wouldn't look anywhere else. Five stars? Should be 6.

I give this company, Five Stars in all departments of expectations one expects when hiring a company. They impressed me so much, on time, correct tools and got on with the job. Everything working and my husband and I feel so much safer for their excellent work. We have even booked them again.

Mike has been professional, honest, polite, reliable, hard working and communicative throughout and prior to works. He has often gone over and above his remit by making constructive comments on further aspects of the work we need doing, Work undertaken required structural steels putting in place with a wall removing, in addition to a refurbished roof and a new roof construction, I would not hesitate to use Mike again and would certainly recommend.

Mike came at the time he promised and asked where we would like him to start for our conveniance. He worked well all day with the minimum disruption to us and finished up doing a first class job . Mr Seager and his colleagues have been marvelous to work with this past couple of weeks. The job was complicated by plumbing and electrics issues but James project managed with professionalism and a customer centric attitude that went above and beyond. The 5 or 6 colleagues who arrived upon a call from James to solve various problems that were uncovered were all exceedingly good natured, polite and very hard working, It's been such a positive experience that we have asked James to quote for an extension...

When we moved into our new house we needed power in the shed for the washing machine etc and a few other small jobs. Lee gave us a very reasonable quote and arranged to do the work the following weekend. He arrived promptly at the agreed time and worked almost non-stop. He did everything we had asked, plus a couple of additional jobs, and it all looks and works great. His work is very neat and he tidied up as he went along. We wont hesitate to recommend Lee and will definitely ask him first in future.
