Some people forgot from where they leave and who they are!if they don't get what they want from you will denigrate you and try to put you down in front of other people. So pleased with the jobs Jake did for us. He fitted a new light switch and secured the light to the ceiling. Then he went on to repair two lamps, one was very old and quite complicated, but he did it very well. Jake is very pleasant and is easy to talk with about what you'd like done. Also very reasonable pricing too.

Elliott responded quickly to my request, indicating that he could view the job promptly. However the damage incurred by the snow turned out to be less extensive than first thought and I did not need to proceed with this. Since the website requires a star rating I have given him good ratings bsed on the email exchange with him alone, no work having ben done.

Fast work however great at time. We've noticed a lot of chipped tiles and missing grout. I've tried to patch up. Also uneven in places. I should have checked more clearly. They turn up.on time etc but check work after........more thoroughly than I did.

Responded quickly and plumber visited today, temporarily stopped the leaking until the pipe can be replaced and bathroom re-fitted / completely re-furbished . Resolved the issue and prevented any further damage.
