We needed a cleaner for a couple of hours every other week. Sue came out to see us first asking us what we needed doing etc, quoted us for the job. We got her in straight away (today) and shes done a terrific job for us. Shell be coming back every other week for us. Great value for money, already shown us shes trustworthy and reliable, but we knew that she would be as soon as we met her.

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !

We agreed a date and time and when he was held up, he contacted me to let me know and attended as soon as he could.
