Superb work from Jamie and his team for a number of different jobs on my 350 year old cottage, including replacing a lintel, damp repairs and prevention, render repairs, roof repairs and lead work etc. He has been incredibly helpful and efficient in completing the works and has dealt with unforeseen problems brilliantly. I’ve been given 512 words to review Kyle and his team and only need one- AMAZING. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! I didn't have the work done. They came across as unprofessional and pushy. I can't coment on the quality of the work but I can coment on the quote process. Just verbal price. When I pushed for an email quote I just got the price again and little else. Nothing about what they were going to do as part of the job. I expect better. The last few tradesmen I have had on Rated have been excellent full written quotes and professional from the start. These guys even had to ask if they could borrow a tape measure!
