I hired them to demolish old garage and build new, so they took the money, left the building unfinished. The part it’s been done, I have to do it again, roof is leaking, no gutter.

The positive things is that they are extremely responsive and able to squeeze you in, in a short period of time so heads up for this! Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the quality of they job (I had to refund several Airbnb costumer as the cleaning was not up to standard- proofs have been provided to them) and by the end they became extremely rude, demanding payment straight away or threatening legal action. They also have not dropped our laundry back yet and stopped responding to emails.

Joseph arrived late, brought incorrect and insufficient materials & took 8hrs to finish 3 small jobs. When I raised concerns, he deflected blame & suggested I buy more materials or have the job incomplete. I had to call for help to intervene before he agreed to complete the work. After paying, he made inappropriate comments about how I should have negotiated with him & about 'understanding people's minds.' I wouldn’t recommend his services, I wish him the best and hope he continues to improve his skills.

Dana's cleaning failed to turn up and did not call to inform me. I called to find out why they had not arrived and was hung up on. The phone was subsequently turned off. Very disappointing. I would not recommend Dana's cleaning.

Appalling service received from this company. It started so positively but ended badly after the cleaner not turning up 2 out of 4 weeks, no replacement being found. More fool me I fell for the sales spiel and made some money in advance 3 months later they still owe me £50. Do not use. Very bad experience.
