Honest, genuine, very hard working. Importantly, highly trustworthy. Although a relatively new company they have good skill and detailed knowledge of plumbing tiling carpentry etc. We used Elm property services for a full bathroom renovation and a full cloakroom renovation. We will be using them again and can't recomend them highly enough. Great job. Thank you.

Great service. New window glass fitted in existing hardwood frames, to replace some blown double glazing. Very neat and tidy worker! Adam is both friendly and professional. Perfect find for us!

Mo was brought to finish off the snagging of our old handyman, Ant. Ant's new name is halfer, as in half a job,or should I say Arfer. However Mo was good and a different format, working with his wife, lovely combination. We will be calling on Mo, from now on.

I am extremely happy with the service from Vas. Very professional and quick. I needed my whole salon refurbished and done very quickly. Vas contacted me straight away and gave a very detailed and fair quote for work. Vas and his team are very polite and courteous and have accommodated all the request made. They even kept the place clean and tidy as they worked. The best builders I have met so far! And I have had a lot of salons refurbished over the years. Will definitely recommend to everyone.

Mark did a range of work for of us, none of which were easy jobs, but all of them were completed to a high standard. Mark has a keen eye for detail and his experience means he was able to offer functional solutions to solve our joinery related issues. Mark did a range of work from fitting a new double door frame and casing to hanging the doors, fitting a range of door furniture throughout the house and filling in 2 gaps in our floor boards where walls had been removed. Would highly recommend.

Cannot fault the speed at which House Proud Property Services got in contact with me and arrived at my property to take a look at the issue. We were really impressed with Tim’s workmanship and service. He was easy to work with and a good communicator, keeping us informed when there were delays in the delivery of the doors. All the doors were fitted in one day and the place was left reasonably tidy. Minor snagging was resolved reasonably quickly. We would definitely hire Tim again and would have no hesitation in recommending him.

We were really pleased with the work Joe did for us. His price was very reasonable but it is his reliability that really sets Joe apart from other tradesman. If Joe says he will call you then he calls. If he says he will be with you on a particular day then he is there. We would not hesitate to recommend Joe to friends and family.
