I needed a complicated flat pack cupboard assembled and I chose Vas and I am so glad I did. Vas was punctual and polite and got straight on to the job. It didn't take him long even though it was a complicated project, and he did an excellent job. He cleared up afterwards and his price was very acceptable. I highly recommend Vas for jobs of this type, I am extremely pleased with everything.

Mo was brought to finish off the snagging of our old handyman, Ant. Ant's new name is halfer, as in half a job,or should I say Arfer. However Mo was good and a different format, working with his wife, lovely combination. We will be calling on Mo, from now on.

We manufacture and fit certified fire-doors full time. Hi I’m Matthew, I work at a fire door firm, any work I can bring in for myself or the firm is ideal. With new door installs we aim to survey, manufacture & fit within 2 weeks, (door number dependant). Tools & vans & labour is a given. We take on and firedoor works (remedials & new installs) , and any related fire works I.e. firestopping and fire rated partitions / ceilings. We work to a high standard given that fire-doors have strict tolerances and product specifications. We only use the correct products (mastic & A1 / firebatt and blue 60 foam where allowed) and fire-rated ironmongery. We include a report with our works which includes before, during and after photos with any comments / suggestions relating to fire safety. Work in mostly with contracts on care homes and student accommodation, tidiness and quality work is guaranteed - always willing to go back. Working with contracts, there can be breaks in-between phases of works smaller jobs are perfect as well! My teams is respectful, with tons of experience and willing to go the extra mile for tenants/ landlords clients all the same. Years of experiences in the firm - personally been on firedoors full time for 4 years. Have all the related courses, worked on prisons, military bases, care homes , student accommodation all over the UK fitting doors & fire rated partitions ceilings & firestopping works. Work alongside joiners with over 40 years experience and electricians with their own firms. Personal qualifications include: joiner nvq level2 (5yrs), (currently getting my black card), FIRAS certified fire-door fitter, asbestos, manual handling, working at heights, first aider & CRB checked ??. I have completed the level 3 Advanced Modern Apprenticeship at college, along with the City & Guilds awards and many other certificates. I'm experienced in all aspects of my trade. This includes fully fitted bedroom furniture and wardrobes, fitting doors internal and external, fitting kitchens and kitchen repairs, different types of flooring, skirtings and architraves, repairing or replacing window and door locks, stair and balustrade replacement and repairs, flat pack furniture, making and repairing garden gates, making and repairing sheds, carports, etc. I can also make and build anything you can think of. Gary came out on Sunday morning to fix my patio door. He answered my job as soon as I'd posted it. Gary is really friendly, professional hard working bloke. He did an excellent job fixing the doors and I will be booking him again to fit some new internal doors. I would definitely recommend him.

Joseph and his team were brilliant and had a great attention to detail. We fully renovated our garden and Jo brought some great ideas that we implemented within the project. We also asked Jo to help us create something special for our late son and he took this project to heart and made something so beautiful. So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. I'm very polite and hard working and I'm looking to win jobs on here as a way of building my company and gaining clients through reputation. All of the window sills internally he done for me where really bad also. He did give me £100 refund. But that didnt even cover the cost for a building notice. Dave is a nice genuine fella who did go out of his wat to come back and clean windows and showed willingness. Everyone has there bad days so hopefully this was just one of Dave's. Sorry about feedback but unfortunately i choose my tradesmen via feedbacks and unfair on other people to hear all positves and no negatives
