Archie was fantastic. He deserves the five stars given. Not only did he come in at the budget provided, but communicated several times and promptly on text and email. He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

First time I have used rated people website and had just 1 reply. Apple Carpentry though have been great. We needed to have 2 large windows in a 1930s house replaced but didn't want to have UPVC. Communication from the Company was excellent and the finished product is outstanding. We would definitely recommend them to anybody wishing to have a high quality joinery project completed. Our windows look amazing and are exact copy of the old frames and they also managed to use the original lead glass.

Some people forgot from where they leave and who they are!if they don't get what they want from you will denigrate you and try to put you down in front of other people. I have been in this double glazing for over 35years . Manufacting / fitting and the last 17 years service engineer for a large double glazing company . I always look to repair first before saying new window /door is needed . I can upgrade door locks if same cant be found . I repair leaks on conservatory / door / windows. If you want New Windows or Doors and Conservatories i can do . I Have Liabiliy insurance cover.
