Archie was fantastic. He deserves the five stars given. Not only did he come in at the budget provided, but communicated several times and promptly on text and email. He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

Arek gave us a fair quote and worked with us for a suitable start date. Arek, Kris and Gutek were lovely, friendly and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and did a fantastic job of the work we needed doing even going beyond to ensure a good finish. Absolute pleasure to have them here for 7-8 weeks. The gentleman that came was very friendly, diagnosed the problem in seconds, went to his van, got some lubricant and fixed the lock. He was in the house for about 15 mins. He said he had come from Leicester which I know is about an hour away. Now this is where I'm not sure. He charged me £60 which seems a lot for a 2 minute job. Obviously petrol, it wasn't an emergency. Is that normal price?
