Archie was fantastic. He deserves the five stars given. Not only did he come in at the budget provided, but communicated several times and promptly on text and email. He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

Chris turned up bright and early, wore shoe protectors to get to and from the bathroom to ensure minimal mess elsewhere. He raked out all existing grout and sealant (as old and had flakes of old tile paint in) and then resealed and regrouted the bathroom. He took a brief lunch break only and worked from 8am until 6pm to get the job done. Chris was friendly and cheerful and worked hard - I would recommend.

I always look to repair first before saying new window /door is needed . I can upgrade door locks if same cant be found . I repair leaks on conservatory / door / windows. So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

Darren came and assembled my furniture when I was 9 months pregnant. He came the same day and completed the job within the specified timeframe. He left the room clean and tidy when he was finished.
General Building Service
We needed some urgent work completely at our warehouse and I'm so thrilled we used PB maintenance to do it. There communication was excellent, always on time and work finished to a high standard. Can't speak more highly of them. We wil be using them again in the near future!
