I have 10 years of vast experience in housing maintenance undertaking all aspect of maintenance, repairs and renewal jobs for a know letting company, I have also completed a HNC in Construction and Building Maintenance which allowed me to gain extensive knowledge in building regulation, bills of quantity and the process of housing building and maintenance. I've been a handy man for 2 years , been working for a plumbing company for 3 years ,now main trade is ground worker (finishings slabs edging etc)internal external drainage,block and beam) We also do suspended ceiling and drylining.
