Brian & Shaun did a excellent job in our bathroom, Very friendly professional & helpful from start to finish on the refurbishment of our bathroom. I am so happy they advised about repositioning toilet & moving basin it looks really great now. They done a brilliant job and paid attention to all details superbly. We would without hesitation, recommend their services to anyone. Thanks again chaps for a job brilliantly done.

Luke (Boam) is a highly skilled worker with stone who has great vision and a perfectionist approach. He designed and built our water feature and was not happy until everything was 'right' aesthetically and functioning perfectly, regardless of time and cost to himself - he stuck by his very reasonable quotation, despite spending much longer on the project than he originally planned. I have no hesitation in recommending Luke and The Promised Landscapes, especially in the building of water features

Tarek did a fantastic job redecorating two rooms of mine in a rental flat that looked quite bad. He repaired seriously damaged wallpaper where a boiler had been removed and cracks in the ceiling before doing the painting. I was really surprised at how good looking the finished results were. All signs of damage and cracks were gone. Very impressed and I'll be using Tarek again when the need arises.

If I'll ever need a fridge engineer, Keith will definitely be my man again. I could not recommend him with more pleasure. And it ain't because of the reasonable price he asked me for my fridge, but because of the commitment he put in its job. He came to my place to collect the fridge and provided a friendly and honest quote. He also made a long test after the fix and he came back to deliver back the fridge 3 days later. And, last but not least, all done with a smile! In a few words: A real professional!

Niall and Elliot replied to my post to put a new back on my bathroom door but thanks to their skills I now have a beautiful brand new door which they have just fitted so carefully they deserve more than 5 stars . Came & gave quote, said could start Monday the following week, comes Monday messaged to say he can't start till Thursday, comes Thursday I messaged to ask if he's still OK to start, hear nothing from him till Friday when he messaged to apologise & could start next again week, very blaise when messaging saying its lucky I can just change when I can work & I'll get round to it like I'm not a paying customer hiring him to work when I require it, next again week comes around & I hear nothing again.

I want to express my disappointment with Charles from JnC Groundworks. I had written the review with the promise that he would return the following Monday to remove all leftover materials (which was part of the contract). This did not happen. Someone arrived over 2 months later to clear the leftovers but still left 2 pallets on my front lawn! This pitiful attempt to clear the leftovers only happened after many emails and phone calls, which he tried to ignore! DON'T pay until the job is FULLY completed!!
