Charlie and his small team were quick to attend the site and assess the task. A very reasonable price agreed, the following day, sharp to time, the crew reported on site and completed the repair. Turned out to be a huge job in the end and project escalated which I was given full explanations and photo evidence of. Job timelines could have been better but could not fault work quality. Our garage conversion took approximately four weeks and it is miraculous what Jon’s team have achieved in a truly professional, friendly and extremely helpful/tidy way. The builders - John and Alvin worked very well together; the electricians worked very quickly and tidily; the plumbers and kitchen fitters have given us a delightful utility room; the painters and decorators have left it immaculate. I never said I had rubbed down the stairs myself. Why would I when I paid you to do it? What I said was I had previously rubbed down and decorated staicases years ago at my previous homes. My stairs had pimer undercoat and TWO top coats as recorded in my diary! Pictures unfortunately cannot show how rough the wood is or show what looks like grains of sand embedded in the painted handrail. I've had 2 further opinions of your work and they both say they've never seen such a bad finish by a 'professional'.

Hi, my name is Sheridan – new to Ratedpeople and would like to get more reviews. Friendly approach with clients to fulfil all their work. Involved in all aspects of building. We provide a quick turnaround on quotes at competitive rates. We always keep a clean and tidy site. Customer satisfaction is our main priority. Started in building Sept 2016. Previously a Production Engineer, but decided to change to a job that was more hands on with a good social connection. I chose building work – so I have a good balance of technical skills and practical skills gained over many year of working on Builds. My first two builds were complete builds from the ground up, so I had to seek out and get trades on-site to complete work I didn’t have the skills for. Over time I have carried out all sorts of work over the past few years from Setting out a site, Groundworks, Blockwork, Construction, Timber work/studding, Plaster boarding, Fitting kitchens and Bathroom, as well as Wooden Flooring and Tiling, and of course decorating. I leave plumbing, electrical work and plastering to the trades ( and have good contacts ) – but I have a good eye for detail but enjoy fitting kitchens, bathrooms, doors, skirting, and painting.

Couldn’t recommend Sheridan enough. We needed a radiator removed and a bathroom towel radiator installed. We were really impressed with his work and the outcome was so much better than we hoped. He was kind and really helpful as well.
