I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. as mentioned in my previous comment but not elaborated on ,the ' problem ' was blistering of the plaster that was already evident before the decorating started.
