Quoted me for two days but took 5 due to late starts.overall standard of work was good. This led to offering more work . I bought materials for new work but he let me down evening before he was due to start hence low rating for reliability.

Goodes Decor was set up in 1999 and traded well until the recent recession unfortunately we trading in 2009. We are now trying to setup the business again with myself a qualified Painter of many years and my son a qualified Plumber ( not gas registered ).

I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. Owen has been landscaping our back garden, levelling off a large area of garden, building stone walls and steps and a new patio area and garden path. We would strongly recommend him. He's an incredibly hard worker, out in all weathers to get the job done in time and willing to change the job as our plans changed throughout the project. He is also very aware of keeping to the budget.

We employed Combat DIY to help renovate and decorate an old thatched we bought north of Blandford. We needed a wide variety of jobs doing, decorating , plastering , some woodwork in the bathrooms, tiling. Work was of a very high standard throughout. We paid by the day as the job was impossible to cost. It was very good value for money, thoroughly recommended.
