Took a part to do an additional job on my dishwasher. Quoted £50 on the day. Weeks later after I had to chase. Said it would be £130. I said no. After chasing some more they agreed to send the part back so I could get the job done elsewhere and I can't find the right part without the original. They agreed to post the part back. It's been weeks and no parts have been sent back. I have sent messages and calls and I'm being ignored. Very unprofessional.

We chose Buildway to do this important work at our house replacing a 42 year old timber balcony. Bill came over and gave us a very thorough assessment of the options and then produced a fair quote for the work. The dates were agreed and stuck to. The job threw up some complications that couldn’t have been foreseen and they were handled professionally by the team. Tom and Sid did a great job scraping off all the peeling paint, sealing the surface then applying 2 coats of Sandtex. The only problem was the paint order Tom made got damaged by the delivery courier in transit. Took a couple of weeks before I eventually ordered the paint myself from a next day paint co, I would recommend Tom and Sid but I suggest if you want a specific paint and colour you order it yourself.
