Simply terrible! We asked for a new front door to be painted. Adam arrived without anything to protect the floor and without proper masking tape (paint has bled through everywhere he has placed it). After completing the first coat there was paint everywhere including our floor and walls and then refused to take responsibility. The actual paint job itself is very poor. We asked him not to return to finish the job. Hugely disappointing!

Very happy with the work Mosaic did. They did 2 bathroom makeovers, they were let down by a tile supplier which delayed our timetable but in general the team were good to work with, focussed, and listened to what we wanted. Also very helpful on design, selection of materials, and adjusting for problems discovered when ripping out the old bathrooms. I would be happy to recommend and use them again.

He kept me informed on the order he was doing things.He covered all the flooring and cleared up as he went along as well as at the end of the job. He was always punctual, arriving on time every day. His quote was slightly more expensive than others but having read his 5 star reviews, we opted for his company. Work was to a high standard. He gave us the option of reinforcing the side fascia boards which was sound advice so although we spent a bit more, we feel this was justified.
