I honestly can’t recommend these guys enough! Having been let down a few times it so refreshing to have a company that want to work. All my message’s were returned promptly and turned up when arranged . There work was spot on and they were lovely to have around , really helpful and respectful in the house . Going to have them back in the future . Thank you again ??

Viktor and his cousin did an amazing job. They did the job to schedule and did a number of little extras for me. Viktor kept me informed of his progress on a regular basis. Would hire him again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended him.

In total 4 ridge tiles were broken, old tiles kept to show us the fault. New tiles in place and look very good. Extra work requested on the conservatory to fix leaks, still waiting to see if this has worked, but feel confident. A very good job done in the required time.

I would recommend Simon Hall without any hesitation. He and his assistant, also named Simon were very professional, friendly, obliging and competent. Nothing was too much for them. They were punctual and completed the job on time. They cleaned after the work every day before they left and on completion. We are very satisfied with the end product at a very reasonable price. Brilliant job! Ian decorated nearly our whole house whilst other works were going on. He was flexible, reliable and did a brilliant job. Ian went over and beyond his scope of works including repairing and touching up any damage done by other tradesmen. The finish of the job was exceptional. He was neat and tidy and very professional. We will be getting the external of our house decorated by him and any work in future. I would highly recommend him to any friends and family.

We hired Gowan PM to decorate our first project of 7 apartments. They are so much more than your average tradesmen; multi skilled, (great tiling and bathroom installation) tidy (put our team to shame), when we changed a main colour they were fab and just took it in their stride. We forget to order materials so they collected it for us. The quality of the work is second to none and has been admired by all. I have no doubt that it will be their work will sell our project. A huge thank you, now our 1st choice.

Have not decided whether to go ahead with our building works yet, but had to rate Craig's professionalism and help in advising on our damp walls and providing a quote that meets our needs should we decide to proceed at a later date.

Phil is an excellent tradesman - we had him replace some skirting boards, door frames and picture rails in 2 rooms. He was very reliable, reasonably priced and worked to our budget, his craftsmanship was very good, he was a quick (and tidy) worker, and he gave us plenty of extra advice and tips for other rooms. Additionally, he went out of his way to help us arrange getting some door restored by one of his contacts. Would thoroughly recommend and have saved his details for use in the future! Thanks Phil!

NOA Building Tradesmen arrived on time each day, and began the repair work to our roof on time each day. These tradesmen are a great credit to their company. If you have a need for building or repair work I strongly recommend that you contact them for an estimate.
