The contractor gave excellent advise.He always turned up on time and the work was completed to schedule . During the work various minor various modifications were needed these were discussed in full and solutions found his knowledge and experience most useful. Once finished there was one minor problem which was quickly solved at no extra cost I am very pleased with the work carried out in terms of finish and cost. I would use Hackett Property Services again and am happy to recommend them.

!! Highly recommended !! 5 star rating given for an excellent transformation of my hallway, stairs and landing, which required all walls to be skimmed and sanded prior to paintwork due to the poor condition of the walls when paper was removed. Spyros always arrived before start time, would stay longer when necessary if in the middle of a specific part of the job, cleared away all debris each day, vacuumed thoroughly and kept me fully informed of the additional costs incurred (skim/sand). Boyd completely redecorated the house before we moved in. He is very conscientious and all round great professional with very high standards. He repaired some of the window frames before painting repaired some of the walls which were pockmarked with numerous holes and damaged with badly applied wall paper. The walls the windows and the doors look like new. Definitely recommend and will reuse. Great painter and decorator and an all round handy man.

Roger and his crew achieved a complete fire door and frame (with fitments) replacement in a single day. They left my flat clean and tidy and were away by 3.15pm. Great work

John did a very good job lining the walls in two rooms, hall and landing. Also in making good some nasty cracks in walls and ceilings, and some external painting. He charged a very fair price, and I have asked him to come back to do some further external woodwork redecoration. Thanks John.

Darren was great, he fixed all the mistakes I had made attempting to put together my sideboard and was efficient. The sideboard was quite tricky but Darren was able to put it together in just over 2 hours, and was knowledgable and happy to help. Would 100% use again.

Initially approached Glenn for a quote for painting and decorating, but became aware of other skills for a separate job I couldn't get a tradesman for. (Internal modification) Glenn was excellent in providing details of the job, he turned up the same day to survey, quoted a fair price and started the job the following week. Great communications throughout, very efficient and good standard of work. Glenn also did a couple of extras for me as while was here. Great guy, would definitely recommend! Thanks!

Carried out an excellent job, left the yard tidy and with attention to detail. They turned up on time, maintained contact and worked hard to cut down all the trees and remove debris in a safe and professional manner. We will use them again!
