We hired Gowan PM to decorate our first project of 7 apartments. They are so much more than your average tradesmen; multi skilled, (great tiling and bathroom installation) tidy (put our team to shame), when we changed a main colour they were fab and just took it in their stride. We forget to order materials so they collected it for us. The quality of the work is second to none and has been admired by all. I have no doubt that it will be their work will sell our project. A huge thank you, now our 1st choice.

Have not decided whether to go ahead with our building works yet, but had to rate Craig's professionalism and help in advising on our damp walls and providing a quote that meets our needs should we decide to proceed at a later date.

I would recommend Simon Hall without any hesitation. He and his assistant, also named Simon were very professional, friendly, obliging and competent. Nothing was too much for them. They were punctual and completed the job on time. They cleaned after the work every day before they left and on completion. We are very satisfied with the end product at a very reasonable price. James did an incredible job in a very short time frame. As we were moving into our new place in early January we needed everything done before the Christmas break and that left us with just a few days. The flat is c 1,200 Sq ft, 3 bedrooms and he and his mate did a spotless job in just 3.5 days for a reasonable price (we are tenants). James also proved very helpful with the choice of colours and flexible when it came to logistics. Highly recommended.

Roger and his crew achieved a complete fire door and frame (with fitments) replacement in a single day. They left my flat clean and tidy and were away by 3.15pm. Great work

I honestly can’t recommend these guys enough! Having been let down a few times it so refreshing to have a company that want to work. Bobby came out to assess the work very promptly, gave a very reasonable quote for the job, and then completed the work on the agreed date. He worked all morning without a break to complete an excellent job, even doing extra beyond what was agreed. A polite, reliable and excellent worker, I have no hesitation in recommending him.
