Michael was honest and upfront about what could be achieved. Very reliable - always on time. Neat and tidy. Friendly and easy to talk to. Very pleased with the end result. A bit on the pricey side but the competent, reliable and friendly service more than made up for it. Would definitely recommend.

Matt was the only tradesman to reply (thought it said at least 3 people would ! As it happens it was fine . He came and looked at the job when he said he would and kept me well informed on emails. He and his son did an excellent job with new kitchen work tops and tiling the the kitchen .All on time very clean and neat and done with a smile we would recommend him and would use him again !

ROOF LEAK AFTER HEAVY RAIN After picking up the job on Rated People Adam attended and within 48 hours provided a broad quote for the work needed, additionally cautioned me as to the possibility of necessary work not immediately apparent at first sight. Adam and his friendly, competent team arrived as arranged, did a good job to roof verges, Ridges, Valleys, replacing tiles and cleaning up the site daily. Three weeks later after more heavy rain and snow my roof is sound. Thank you! Highly commended.

Shaun was reliable turned up on the day arranged, unfortunately couldn't finish the greenhouse due to weather conditions but came back to finish two days later. Very pleased with the work nice polite man, thank you Shaun.

Adam is an excellent,friendly and very reliable builder. We called him for blocking the window and door for our kitchen. He did an excellent job . He has done structural alterations and also installed lintels in our house. Will use his services anyday and recommend him.

George and Marlon completed two jobs for me - papering the hall, stairs and landing, hanging some new doors that needed cutting down to size and other general DIY. They were brilliant. On time, efficient and very skilled, tidy, polite, told me what they were doing, worked like trojans and hardly stopped for a cup of tea. Would use them again and would highly recommend.

Chris turned up bright and early, wore shoe protectors to get to and from the bathroom to ensure minimal mess elsewhere. He raked out all existing grout and sealant (as old and had flakes of old tile paint in) and then resealed and regrouted the bathroom. He took a brief lunch break only and worked from 8am until 6pm to get the job done. Chris was friendly and cheerful and worked hard - I would recommend.
