But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. Mel is one of the most technical tradesman I've encountered. He could decipher my plumbing system within minutes and tell me exactly what the root problem was. He is also a very sociable and generous person willing to share his knowledge. The only issue I had is his reliability with the scheduled visits. He postponed a job multiple times causing me anxiety and inconvenience. I appreciate when tradesmen mean what they say and can responsibly manage clients’ expectations.

ASL responded to my query very quickly and came the next day to give me a quote. The quote was very reasonable and Andy provided plans for the building work we required. They were able to start work within two weeks and helped me to deal with the building regulations side of things. Nothing was too much trouble and they provided an exceptionally professional service. The end result (an extension to our kitchen) was fantastic, and there were no hidden costs in the bill. Overall, I could not recommend ASL more highly.
