After initial assessment I was told it was a two man job who duly arrived in a couple of days with a jetting machine to clear the limescale. They worked very hard to jet the blockage one in the bathroom one outside at the manhole with the jetter. When they were satisfied the soilpipe was clear they inserted a camera so we could all see the there was now no obstruction. They were pleasant and informed me what was happening all the time, I would recommend them to others.

Excellent visit from Kevin and Phil yesterday to carry out maintenance work on our 14 Velux windows. They did a thorough job of cleaning and lubricating the hinges and mechanisms, and solved issues we had opening a couple of the windows. Eren arrived exactly when agreed (in fact 20min early). He and his team were friendly and polite and did a quick, competent job of clearing our gutters without any damage or problems (not that easy because our house is old and tile-hung), including cleaning up all the gutter debris that fell out of the gutters onto the patio and adding the garage gutters into the job for no extra charge. I would certainly use Eren and team again and have no hesitation in recommending them.
