After initial assessment I was told it was a two man job who duly arrived in a couple of days with a jetting machine to clear the limescale. They worked very hard to jet the blockage one in the bathroom one outside at the manhole with the jetter. When they were satisfied the soilpipe was clear they inserted a camera so we could all see the there was now no obstruction. They were pleasant and informed me what was happening all the time, I would recommend them to others.

Was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Very professional, polite and competent. Even so there was more time needed to complete the work final price was same as an estimate given at the start. Job was to fit new bath, sink, taps, and vinyl floor in a quite neglected small bathroom for my elderly father in law. Daniel from D & D Drain Services gave me a call and took the time to clearly go through the options and prices over the phone. We then agreed on a mutually acceptable date and time for him to visit. He arrived on time and got his gear together to investigate and resolve a recurring toilet blockage issue. He put his CCTV camera down the toilet pan and ran it all the way to the manhole to inspect the entire length of the waste pipe. We’ve been advised by Daniel to replace a restrictive offset pan connector.
