Works hard Reliable Gives honest opinion Trustworthy I had bathroom and kitchen done with materials supply and fit. My budget was £3500 but ended with spending tad more than i thought initially. Great work but takes time as he is one man army.

Poor work. Chemfix wasn't mixed properly for gallows brackets and didn't set for over a week. The joiner didn't even know which joists required additional strength and I had to tell him what to do. Would not recommend.

Aaron and the team of 2 did a great job of pruning our cherry tree and it now has a nice shape. They also removed a fir tree at the same time, including root which we were also delighted with. Very efficient, just got on with it, no faffing about and very tidy. I did 4 stars rather than 5 for reliability because they didn't come in the end on the day we arranged and only let me know about 1hr before. Every company can have an off day so we rearranged and they then came as agreed. Very happy with result.

Tim and his team from MLE groundworks did a brilliant job levelling and block paving my parent's drive. The work was done quickly with minimum disruption and to a very high standard. They were extremely professional and helpful throughout. The work was also completed for a very reasonable price. Would definitely use them again and happy to recommend to anyone looking for someone to do this type of work.

It was a delight to have this company on our premises. They did a perfect job on our fence in just two days. They were the most careful considerate tradesmen we have ever had working in our house. They left the garden beautifully tidy and did not even damage a plant. They were also the cheapest undercutting another company by £1000 . Would really recommend them to anyone.

Very pleased with our garden, there were some issues after the patio was sealed IE cement splash marks which could not be removed without the guys returning. They did have to work through some very hot weather. Reliable and reasonable cost, recommended. Thank you.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.

Fedor and his team are polite, hard-working and extremely talented. It was a complicated job and Fedor handled it brilliantly. We are absolutely delighted with the beautiful London Stock brick wall that has been built. Simon is very very good, he not only sorted our gutters, but realised that the company we used last had left a lot of moss and rubbish in the gutters and in the valleys on the roof. Simon replaced our broken tiles, repointed our ridge tiles, and did a treatment to stop the moss coming back. Every bit was cleaned he even did our patio. Would highly recommend. All work is under a written guarantee for seven years. Worth every penny.

AJ did a great job repairing our shed roof - initially he quoted for replacing the felt but when he inspected he said it could be repaired saving us money. He kept us well informed about the job - we would recommend his company.

Josh and Dale were fantastic! They've built us an amazing patio. Beautiful workmanship, very courteous, value for money and best of all, they listened to us. Carmans Roofing & Building did excellent work repairing my flat roof (which a previous builder had left in a very bad state.) Kept me informed at every stage of the work, took pictures of the damage, and carried out the repair work cleanly and efficiently.
