I had a French drain installed to the rear of my house. It's an old house circa 1890 so I needed a sympathetic course of action to stop a damp problem. Martin has in depth knowledge about historic and ancient buildings which is a must. If you need work on an older house with more traditional methods, I can highly recommend the expertise. Eileen and Martin are a fantastic team: friendly and approachable; knowledgeable and helpful; and overall brilliant. You won't be disappointed if you accept them for a job.

The two guys who came and removed my rubbish were great. They turned up when they said they would do and cleared everything away in no time at all. There was far more rubbish than I realised and my back garden looked great afterwards. Reasonable price too, I would definitely hire them again.

After getting quotes, we didn't continue with the job as we couldn't decide on the style of drive we wanted, so Shaun only got to quote. I cannot comment, obviously on the work, but he seemed a nice guy and quoted quickly. Also followed up on the call. Would definitely use for further quotes if we are doing similar work.

We were really pleased with the work Joe did for us. His price was very reasonable but it is his reliability that really sets Joe apart from other tradesman. We manufacture and fit certified fire-doors full time. Hi I’m Matthew, I work at a fire door firm, any work I can bring in for myself or the firm is ideal. With new door installs we aim to survey, manufacture & fit within 2 weeks, (door number dependant). Tools & vans & labour is a given. We take on and firedoor works (remedials & new installs) , and any related fire works I.e. firestopping and fire rated partitions / ceilings. We work to a high standard given that fire-doors have strict tolerances and product specifications. We only use the correct products (mastic & A1 / firebatt and blue 60 foam where allowed) and fire-rated ironmongery. We include a report with our works which includes before, during and after photos with any comments / suggestions relating to fire safety. Work in mostly with contracts on care homes and student accommodation, tidiness and quality work is guaranteed - always willing to go back. Working with contracts, there can be breaks in-between phases of works smaller jobs are perfect as well! My teams is respectful, with tons of experience and willing to go the extra mile for tenants/ landlords clients all the same. Years of experiences in the firm - personally been on firedoors full time for 4 years. Have all the related courses, worked on prisons, military bases, care homes , student accommodation all over the UK fitting doors & fire rated partitions ceilings & firestopping works. Work alongside joiners with over 40 years experience and electricians with their own firms. Personal qualifications include: joiner nvq level2 (5yrs), (currently getting my black card), FIRAS certified fire-door fitter, asbestos, manual handling, working at heights, first aider & CRB checked ??. Before I was an apprentice joiner I was a fixer’s apprentice for 2 years (drywall & MF). Work with a number of joiners and electricians, work outside our scope is also welcome!
