Really happy with the work done on our staircase. We needed urgent work done to create a new floor to ceiling bannister to keep one of our autistic sons safe. Kevin turned up as arranged to assess job and followed up with a written quote. As with all building/repair work (especially on an old house) there were some teething problems, but Kevin listened and dealt with everything we discussed.
