The work was assessed initially but on inspection more work was required and the quote was amended and the extra work carried out. The work was carried out efficiently and I was kept informed of the works progress. I am very happy with the work done by a very professional company and would use them again

We engaged Simon and his team to remove a supporting wall, thus opening up the kitchen into the dining room. From the start, Simon was knowledgeable and offered helpful insight. We were provided with a detailed and fair quote. Work was planned at a time to suit us, and was completed to a good standard and on time. Communication throughout the project was excellent. We would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.

I’ve been given 512 words to review Kyle and his team and only need one- AMAZING. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! I asked originally to have new fencing panels put in, a new patio placed at the top of my garden and to have my new shed built. What I now have are absolutely beautiful fence panels that will last for ages. Even more amazing is the wonderful raised patio at the back of my garden, which I am absolutely overjoyed with. Arrived later than arranged. The job was satisfactory but the clearing up afterwards was terrible. Cuttings of trimed hedges left on the flower beds. Muck and grime from gutter cleaning left everywhere. All over windows, door frames and floor. Took me ages to clean up. Asked to clear part of my roof which was extra money, but all the moss was left. Cant say I would recommend this company.

Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.
