Highly recommend and very good value for money. Original quote was reduced as some work was unecessary. Very professional team and they did a thorough job. Great communication throughout the works and very respectful of mine and my neighbours property. Tidied up each day and made sure areas under the scaffolding were clear of debris before leaving.

Darren provided practical solutions to an unusual build, and a proper estimate. As the work was about to start the spec' changed a few times, and Darren was helpful with that. We agreed a new price and signed a straightforward agreement. Security was never an issue - we had no issue with giving Darren keys and access. He turned up when he said he would and always went through the issues of the day and the progress of the day on site and on the phone. The project has worked out really well, and it has been a very good working relationship. We have no hesitation in recommending Darren - he was helpful throughout, including managing the occassional curved ball. He runs work from a joinery led perspective, and has a wide range of understanding about the other trades and what should happen when. A pleasure to work with!

Very pleased with Adapt Property Renovations. Prompt response to my post and came the very next day to view it. Absolutely fantastic job. I would 100% recommend Miro, I’m always wary of letting anyone carry out work in my house due to us being very house proud. Fantastic, really good work that Matthew and son did.He removed shrubs next to my driveway, extended pathway to our front steps , laid very impressive concrete. A great team, highly recommended. Check the company, they do all sorts of improvements I will definitely, absolutely use Mathew and son again. They get things done , and according to specifications!. Thanks Matthew! Glen & Paul reboarded & skimmed the ceiling to a high standard, from start to finish the job was professional and the house was left in a tidy condition. Couldn't ask for more, extremely please with the job and the price was very competitive.
