My names Tom, I have been in the real estate sector for over 10 years and have done everything from general property maintenance, new bathrooms, painting/decorating, demolition contracts and most recently constructed 9 ultra high spec homes. High quality and impeccable workmanship are key values to me and ensuring the client is satisfied and more with the work they are receiving. I have decided to further expand and diversify my business reaches and so my rated people account is new, however my experience in the industry is far from that. I am very well connected with all trades and can provide a top tier service for all types of project management no matter how big or small the job may be. I am also extremely capable at doing many manual labour jobs, but often favour a shorter timeline for my clients project completion and therefore prefer to draft in experienced trades to get the job completed. Above all I am very friendly, well spoken and always keen to deliver what is asked of me.
Tom responded very quickly. Arrived promptly at our agreed time. Very professional & offered more ideas. Stated quote would be in provided within 2 weeks so we are now just waiting for receipt. 4 stars only as no work commenced yet.

Artur of Max Art was very professional and did an excellent job. Nothing was too much trouble for him, moving furniture, masking etc. even coming back to check his work after the paint had dried. A first class job, by a very competent Electrician, I would have no hesitation in recommending Phil, he arrived on time, and very quickly resolved a major lighting problem. Whilst at the property, he carried out a second job, which again helped me tremendously. All in all a first class technician, who knew is job inside out. Genuinely impressed, his charges were realistic, almost £100.00 less than a competitor, who did NOT come via Rated People. Will definitely use Phil again.
