I am a loss assessor, presently settling claims and then project managing the restoration works to properties affected by flood, storm, burst water pipe, malicious damage by tenants, impact or other damage to homes or commercial premises. Once I have assessed your claim, I will prepare a schedule of works and submit the details to your insurer to help ensure that you receive an efficient service whether the claim is related to your home or commercial premises. I can then project manage the restoration or repair works for you, no matter how big or small. There is no charge to you, the policyholder, for the Aspray claims management service I offer, provided that I can appoint and project manage the contractors who carry out the repair works, as Aspray is paid by the insurance company for any repair or reinstatement works my contractors complete. Please note, any excess stated within your policy wording, will still apply. Aspray (Swindon) is a trading name of (TGV Projects). It's that time of year.roofing guttering and repair. I have 28 years experience in the building trade. I started out training as a stonemason which lead to general building and am qualified in both. Please see pics for examples of some of my work. I will take on work ranging from small maintenance jobs up to extensions and house builds and anything in between. Martin did a superb job of skimming a bedroom ceiling covered with extremely unattractive artex. He was friendly and easy to deal with, arrived exactly when he said he would, worked quickly and efficiently, and left the room spotless. Highly recommended.
