Hi, I am Daniel Delahunty. I am 35 and have been in the trades for 19 years now. I Qualified as a carpenter in 2003 with and NVQ level 3 in Carpentry and Joinery. I later passed my Tiling & slating roofing NVQ level 2, I found the two trades go very much hand in hand. I have worked very closely with private clients, builders and developers in past years. Very good just not able to do job when we needed. He was very keen to start before Christmas but we wanted to start in February.
Family run business. Have been a bricklayer for 30 years and now my son has followed in my foot steps. I have always been proud of my work especially conservation. I have recently joined rated people because I have had enough of the site work and feel its time to slow down and offer my experience to private work. We are a small but capable building company. The images attached to my profile shows our current project. 6 new homes in Dursley. These are 5x 3 story homes and 1x 2 story home. This project has been completed over the last 14 months with some major structural complications that we have over come with skill and perseverance. 3 types of retaining walls implemented to help secure the land. Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters.
