Noel did a whole list of jobs around my property when I moved in. This included making and fitting shelves into cupboards, putting up bookshelves, hanging mirrors and pictures, assembling flatpack, putting up curtain poles, mounting the tv on the wall, etc. I found him to be reliable, punctual, very precise with detail, friendly and trustworthy. Fast work however great at time. We've noticed a lot of chipped tiles and missing grout. I've tried to patch up. Also uneven in places. I should have checked more clearly. They turn up.on time etc but check work after........more thoroughly than I did.

Davall Construction left my home unsafe,with the exterior wall collapsing and a big hole in my wall,just because I complained about their standard of work.I raised concerns about the shoddy brick laying (Laying brick and mortar to plasterboard),not replacing wall/floor vent (causes damp/rot),cutting/damage new door frame to fit (Instead of cutting wall bricks),not using wall or ceiling supports (acrow props),packing lintel with wood not slate and they just removed everything and left a huge hole in the wall
Employed S G Maintenance to re-fit a laminate floor in hallway and kitchen that had been damaged due to a flood. Is a pleasant and well mannered person. Worked very quickly. Very clean and disposed of all rubbish. Good value service. Had a problem, S G Maintenance came back and put it right immediately without any delays or arguments. I will use again and would recommend S G Maintenance. Great Job. Thanks.
