A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. This was impossible as it was a shopfront. Absolutely no balls, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

A price was agreed to replaster the whole flat. In the middle of the job he stated that it didn’t include the bathroom. We disagreed and I decided to go for another plasterer. During the call he said he was being hard done by And gave me a good quote.I provided him the money of £700 and he then tried to state I gave him only £600 5 hours later in a call to get more money

We are a family run company that was started by our father over 60 years ago and we still maintain our perfect reputation to this day. Which we carry out the repair work and plastering side of operations around the South Coast and have done for many years. As time has progressed through being in the plastering trade for so long we have found ourselves branching into other areas such as landscaping and small building work, which we’re always happy to look at. The benefit to this is that throughout our years we have built up trusted relationships with pretty much every trade there is. Grant took great care with the floor prep - sealing skirting gaps and skimming low spots - before mixing and pouring the Mapei floor-levelling compound. There was zero mess and no splashing on the walls or skirting. Grant even returned the next day (after being paid) to help me move stuff back into the workshop. A genuinely nice guy - I will employ Grant's services again if the need arises.

Why did you tell me that my money was in a secure bank account. Why did you tell me that materials were paid for to lock the price. Why have I needed to redecorate the whole house as the painting is a disaster. I have photos as proof and theres more. Too many to mention. You tell me that I need to pay for already paid for materials theres more.
