George and Marlon completed two jobs for me - papering the hall, stairs and landing, hanging some new doors that needed cutting down to size and other general DIY. They were brilliant. On time, efficient and very skilled, tidy, polite, told me what they were doing, worked like trojans and hardly stopped for a cup of tea. Would use them again and would highly recommend.

Chris turned up bright and early, wore shoe protectors to get to and from the bathroom to ensure minimal mess elsewhere. He raked out all existing grout and sealant (as old and had flakes of old tile paint in) and then resealed and regrouted the bathroom. He took a brief lunch break only and worked from 8am until 6pm to get the job done. Chris was friendly and cheerful and worked hard - I would recommend.

At short notice Scott looked at job for decorating and flooring gave estimate and started work. He worked hard and to a very high standard along with being a tidy worker .I will certainly ask Scott to do work in the future

The job was a small patio at the end of my garden. Good quality professional job, which is now weathering nicely. We had some minor difficulties with delivery schedules, but Adam overcame these with the minimum of bother to me.

I am very happy with the standard of the work completed and the level of customer service that I received. The product was reasonably priced and finished to a very high specification, as well as within the agreed time period. Friendly, professional and excellent. Platinum plastered my kitchen walls at short notice. They worked cleanly, left my home spotless and were very respectful of it at all times. They aren't just plasterers though, and I will be asking them to quote later on this year for a specialist wall finish instead of tiling the walls. Very impressed nd so glad to have found them. The guy's did an excellent job refurbishing my house. From the new bathroom, Kitchen, painting, plastering etc.... No job was out of there reach, i wouldn't hesitate to use them on my next project.

Tippo and his team were very professional at all times and involved us at all stages of the work. He explained clearly what would be done and the job was carried out to time and exactly the way it was planned. His team turned up promptly every day and were diligent, polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend Impact refurbishment.
