I was apprehensive appointing someone through a website, but so glad I did Carl was great, from a very informative initial meeting and then estimate all the way through to completion of 1 ensuite, 1 small family bathroom and 1 small downstairs toilet. He was full of useful ideas which helped the project go smoothly. Due to the nature of this project, flexibility was key and he excelled in this regards. Other work I usually undertake are offices, shops,pubs, new builds, maintenance painting contracts for landlords, letting and management companies.
We have a Regency-period mansion with stucco walls, and Alex painted this over four weeks. We are very pleased with the standard of his work - he uses only the best quality materials, and it’s fair to describe him as a perfectionist, doing thorough preparation and filling, and putting on as many coats as needed to get the end result as good as possible. He uses spray paint and can use a cherry picker, so works out less expensive than others . He is reliable, honest, and a good communicator.
David has done a great job, very helpful and patient with me whilst builders messed me around. Excellent price, quality of product and trades people. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and plan to use his services again when we do more flooring works.
