On the day Wayne resolved an unexpected issue quickly and well - 'all part of the service', much appreciated - everything completed faster than expected to an excellent standard. We are very happy with the plaster boarding which Dean carried out on our bedroom ceiling. He explained everything really well and carried out the work to a high standard. Very happy with my flooring. I would recommend using idyllic floors if you want no hassle and your flooring in quickly. Mine was fitted in a day and I've noticed a lot of fitters quote days to fit. Which doesn't help if you get one day off a week from work or you want it done in a weekend. Mine was a big flat. Very happy and would defo use them again and recommend to friends and family
