Derek took the job and took a deposit. He cancelled at the last minute. He offered other dates that did not work for us or a refund. We asked for the refund. He never replied to many messages and has not refunded us for work that was never done.

Simply great, came round took notes, went through all we wanted, gave quote including materials, required 50% up front rest on completion, turn up as agreed, said it would take a week but done in 4 days! Found James through rated people to do a full kitchen refurbishment. This wasn’t the easiest project, when stripped out their were issues found. But James and other trades he brought in, that carried out the work were very professional and finished the work to a really high standard. the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person
